We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GameDayToys. If you’re not, our Refund Policy explains how you can return items, request exchanges, or claim refunds.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable or digital products.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

  • Opened board games or toys with broken seals (for hygiene/safety).

Return Process

  1. Email support@GameDayToys.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to the provided address.

  4. After inspection, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, actual shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange for a defective or damaged item, email us immediately. We will replace the product free of charge.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Shipping Returns
